Printed out onto white card and cut out all the elements. I then placed the base image onto an 8 x 8 white scallop edge card using d/s tape and then added the remaining pieces using foam pads.

Card printed to 200gsm matt white card; decoupaged with 1mm foam pads; added quilled flower and changed sentiment
I placed the main image on a white embossed card with double sided tape and added the decoupage with foam tape.
To complete I added a sentiment to left below image with foam tape and candy dot accents to top right of card
