A lovely Silver Balloons card front, with a Pearl frame. A bottle of Champagne and two glasses inside. With extra layers to decoupage. Will make a very pretty A5 Silver Anniversary card for a Special Couple.

I printed off the design onto some good quality matte photo paper then cut out all of the elements. I went around the edge with flitter glue then a silver coloured gold leaf.
I matte and layered this onto some silver card then gold and attached it to a glittery A5 card blank.
I decoupaged the smaller pieces onto the front of the card using silicone glue.
