I printed on to paper, mounted the topper on to blue mirror card, then placed on to a minty green easel card.
Layered all elements. To embellish, I added some ribbon knots attached to baker's twine, with punched out hearts.
For the stopper, I placed a strip of blue mirror card, and a greeting, and finished this with paper flowers and pearl hearts.
A really gorgeous design, for Valentine's day, Engagement, Anniversary.....
