Love You Balloons Topper & Decoupage

With this design i first printed it out onto glossy photo paper, to bring out all the colours more, then after cutting out all the elements, i placed the main design base onto the front of a white 6x6 card, then made up the design,this i did using 2mm sticky pads and i finished my card by placing a bow at the top of the balloon string and the special girlfriend sentiment at the right, this is a terrific design to tell someone you love them, was very easy to cut and make up and is stunning when done.
