Before printing this card I typed Happy Birthday in the blank tag on the card. I printed and cut out this file and stuck the base card on to card stock. I then assembled the decoupage on to the card.

I printed onto glossy photo card then mounted onto my card blank using DST. I added the decoupage using 2mm foam pads. I finished by adding the matching insert.
