Soccer Happy Birthday Congratulations Star

With this design after cutting all the elements out i placed the main design base in the centre of a green card, then added a gold border all round the outside edges of the design and the inner frame, to finish i made up the design using 2mm sticky pads to give some height, the big ball sentiments i used for the insert inside, this is a terrific design for anybody who loves football, was very easy to cut and make up, and is effective when done.
