With this design i used an A5 card and placed a blue striped backing onto the front, i then placed the main design base at the top of the card leaving a gap at the bottom for the sentiment, i then built up the design, to finish, this is a great design for any footie fan.

I adhered that with dst and then added the topper again with dst and then decoupaged the images by using glue gel.
