I printed out sheet onto matt photopaper, cut out and attached base to white card, added decoupage with foam pads and finished with geetings banner and fisherman with his catch.
A great design for anglers.
I printed onto glossy photo card. I punched the front edge of a green card blank then mounted the topper using DST. I assembled the decoupage using 2mm foam pads then finished with bronze gems.
