Anniversary Celebrations 7x7 Card and Decoupage

I printed the sheet on to photo paper. The main image was attached to white glitter card, then on to cream card. Gold peel off was used for the borders. The layers were added using foam pads.

Mounted 'over the edge' style onto pearlised card with holes punched to look like champagne bubbles, decoupaged with foam pads, added glass bubbles and a bow made from heart edged organza ribbon.
