I printed the design onto crafty Bob's matte photo paper and cut out all the elements...I mounted the main image onto blue card and added the decoupage using silicone gel...this is a beautiful design a perfect keepsake.
I printed out sheet onto matt photopaper, cut out and attached base to blue dotted glitter car, added decoupage with foam pads and finished with silver border peel-offs and silver cross.
