I printed this version onto high quality photo paper to bring out the vivid colors better. I cut out the medalion and used silicone glue to build it up, except for the upper most layer which I glued down.
I used a Happy Birthday peel off for the sentiment.
The finished topper was attached to a complimentary colored cardblank using double sided tape.
