Printed onto glossy photo paper. Attached base image to card stock using PVA glue. Built up image with 1mm foam pads. Finished with a wide ribbon tied in a bow and peel offs.

I printed the sheet onto A5 glossy photo paper and decoupage using foam pads. I used a punch onthe edge of my card blank and a red inner and lined them up so the inner just showed.
I added a gingham red ribbon & bow to complete.
