I have included the banners, 'Happy Mother's Day', Happy Birthday', 'Get Well Soon' and a blank one for your own sentiment.
This is a cute card that is very versatile. I originally designed it as a Mother's Day Card, but decided that is is so bright and cheerful, it could be used for any occasion.
I have included a few decoupage layers to use if you wish - On the trickier pieces, I have left the background in, so that you don't have to cut it all out if you don't want to : )

I printed this sheet onto good quality photo paper and cut out all the parts. I attached the main picture to a card blank and added the layers with foam pads. I also added diamante to the centre of the flowers and to the sentiment.
