First of all I covered a card blank with backing paper in matching tones. I then decoupaged the picture and mounted this onto the card. In the centre of the sentiment tag I fixed a clear adhesive rhinestone for a bit of sparkle.
I then added a birthday greeting to the tag. To finish off I put some green floral ribbon down the side of the card

I printed onto matte photo card then mounted onto sage green card then onto cream card blank using DST. I assembled decoupage using 2mm foam pads then finished with sage green gems.
