Time for a Lick of Paint!
This is a design which could cover a number of occasions - ideas perhaps - Father's Day, New Home - a card perhaps for someone who enjoys a bit of DIY - or someone who enjoys painting and decorating or perhaps that is their job - a painter and decorator! It's a simple but effective design - with the paint peeling off the background and the paint pots there just waiting to be used. Easy items to layer plus a extra little tiles for you to use for embellishment purposes, be that on the card front, insert or line them down the edge of the envelope.
I have sized and designed the greetings (tops of the paint pots) to go in the top right hand corner area but you might have your own ideas where you wish to put them. The choice of greetings you have are DIY Dad, Good Luck, Best Wishes in a dripping paint effect font. Plus there is a paint pot blank should you wish to personlise your card.
I have applied a little shadow to where the white of the colour sample strips meet the white of the sheet, for ease of cutting out.
I hope you enjoy this design - thank you for your interest.

I printed the design onto crafty Bob's matte photo paper and cut out all the elements...I mounted the main image onto a cream base card and added the decoupage using foam pads and silicone gel...to finish the card I added a little paint pot and paint brush embelishment...a great design for various ocassions.
the image sheet was printed onto quality matte paper and then cut out, onto an 8x8 card base i matted some red card then the main image was matted onto blue and then red card this was then stuck onto the base card using foam tape all the decoupage elements were then added using glue gel and the card was then finished with glossy accents and a die cut sentiment.
