I printed onto smooth white card then cut out,I added the base design to a blank card then added the decoupage with thin foam pads,I added two metal brads to each side of the greeting and gold peel offs around the edge.So pleased with the finished result as I,m sure the recipient will be.

I cut out the decoupage elements and attached them to the card using 3-D foam dots.
