Policeman Retirement Dude

I printed this on photo paper and cut out all the pieces. I cut a shaped piece of teal card and fixed the main piece on to this and then on to a red card with dst.
I added the decoupage with foam pads and added the sentiment of my choice.
With this design I first printed it out onto photo paper, then after cutting out all the elements, I placed the main design base onto the front of a white C5 card, I then made up the design, this I did using 2mm sticky pads, this is a terrific design which was very easy to cut and make up and is stunning once done.
