This is a very quick and easy card to make for someone in the Military / Army as a Birthday Card or a Passing Out Parade card.
I printed the image onto semi gloss photo paper and cut/layered it using silicone.
I mounted it onto a cream DL card and finished with a Birthday banner on this one.
