The sheet was printed onto supersmooth paper. I used a gold pearlesent card as my base. I created a panel using spotty paper. I mounted the base image onto a piece of swirly silver mirri card and black card. I layered up the decoupage using Pinflair glue gel.
I used my Dymo labeller, card candy, brown grosgrain ribbon and a greeting from my stash to finish.
