I cut out the decoupage which had been printed on gloss photo paper 190gm. I placed the base image onto some navy blue backing paper with DST and then onto cream 300gm pearlescent card also using DST.
I then proceeded to add the decoupage on the large plane using 2mm mini mounts which makes the plane seem as though it is coming out of the picture.
Quite effective. I finally added the words Happy Birthday with 2mm mini mounts.
