I printed download sheet onto glossy photo paper and cut out elements with a craft knife. I matt the backing paper onto black card and stuck to a white linen card blank. I made up the decoupage with 3D glue gel and finished off with bright yellow fabric paint.
I added the sentiments with foam pads.
