Hot Racing Decoupage Card Front

I printed this sheet out onto photo paper and mounted the main piece onto gold cardstock. I then set my cutting machine to cut out the decoupage pieces and used sticky tabs to attach.
My card order was for a 'Sexy girl, fast car and champagne 18th birthday'and this card certainly fitted the bill!
