I printed on matte card printing the picture a second time, wet glued the first to a matching base card with the sentiment then used foam squares to add the car from the second print and other decoupage.I used red glitter on the edge of the picture and the sentiment tag, gems on the lights and top sentiment and finished with glossy accents on top of the gems on the lights.
