This sheet was fun to put together. I printed out all the decoupage items onto glossy photo paper. Taking some blue backing paper I trimmed it down to fit an 8 x 8 scalloped card blank and rounded off the corners.
I built up the decoupage and adhered this to the 'blue screen'. For embellishment I added the wavy ribbon, blue gems and the speech bubble.
