Oriental Fan with Lake Scene New Year Card
Here's a card to send maybe to a Chinese friend to wish Happy New Year, or could be used for a variety of occasions. A pretty fan showing a lake at dusk scene on a background of two oriental ladies. Tags for Happy New Year, Happy Birthday, Happiness and Friendship in both Chinese and English.

I printed this sheet onto good quality photo paper and cut out all the parts. I attached the main picture to a card blank and added the layers with foam pads.
This design looks different depending on which of it colours you choose for your base card - I have shown 2 different backing cards.
It is very versatile with the included greetings. I printed the design on matte photo paper and cut out the pieces I wanted.
I layered the fan and greeting on 2mm foam squares after flat sticking the base design to my base card.
