Stella Angel or Witch
a decoupage sheet for Halloween but could also be used for those with a Halloween birthday featuring Stella who is stood with her witch outfit on complete with broom her comment being.... My angel wings are in the shop being re-glittered today...Thank goodness my broom is ready and good to go, tags with happy Halloween birthday and happy Halloween also provided for the placement of your choice.

The sheet was printed om gloss photo paper and the elements were cut out and layered up with foam pads I then started work on the base card.
I took a black card added silver strips of card top and bottom and added clear silver edged wavy borders either edge, I then added the topper.
I put black borders around the inner edge of the topper and gave the pumpkin and Stella tiny black gems for ayes and Stella has pearl earrings
I printed onto smooth card and cut out the pieces, using dst I stuck the base a to card blank then used foam pads for the layers lastly added some gems
