I mounted this design on 250gsm capuccino card, embossed vertically and between the vertical embossing I have laid gold border peeloffs.
I have matted the 'CONGRATULATIONS' sentiment onto gold card and placed it at the bottom of the card.

I printed and cut out the images. I mounted onto a layer of black card then onto my card base using DST. I then added the decoupage with foam pads.
