I first of all printed the design on to paper. Then matted a red card with green polka dot paper and added a red border strip across the centre with the ribbon from the sheet.
Mounted the topper on to green card, then on to red polka dot paper and placed this centrally on my card.
Layered all elements. Added a greeting and a ladybird button tied with ladybird ribbon. Absolutely adorable.
