I printed on to paper, and mounted the topper on to a landscape A5 card. I cutaway part of the front of the card and edged with lace, then punched a border along the back edge.
Layered all elements.
Embellished the topper with little flower buttons tied with thread, and peel-off borders on the card. Finished with an insert (cup69701_359) which just peeps out underneath the lace. An absolutely gorgeous design.
