I took a 6" square with a scalloped edge from my crafting stash and attached a piece of background, also from my crafting stash which I'd gone around and emphasised areas with a Island Lagoon ProMarker. I then built up the decoupage, attaching the pieces using glue gel. I used the ProMarker to colour co-ordinate a peel-off greeting that says "Llongyfarchiadau" - which is Welsh for "Congratulations" - making this a card to congratulate a youngester for getting a swimming certificate or doing well at a gala. I also used the ProMarker to give an irregular framing around the top of the card. I finished off the card by adding glitter glue to the edge of the water.){kind=link}
