Printed onto glossy photo paper. Attached base image to card stock using ds tape. Built up image with 1mm foam pads, Added sparkly pink dew drop gems to cards corners.

I layered the topper onto 4 mat layers and fixing it to raspberry coloured cardstock with red lining tape. For the decoupage I used foam pads.
