I printed onto good quality card, then decoupaged the little girl. I covered a square card with a gingham backing, mounted the topper onto a textured toning sheet, then attached to the card front.

I printed the sheet on to matt photo card and cut out the topper and decoupage. I covered an 8x8 inch card in cream embossed card and mounted the topper using DST. I added the decoupage with 1mm foam pads and stuck a sentiment inside the little cloud.
Such a cute design!
