I attached a piece of backing paper to my card blank. I printed this sheet onto good quality photo paper and cut out all the parts. I attached the main picture to my backing paper and added the decoupage elements with foam pads. I also added glitter.

Printed main design onto 130gsm matte inkjet paper and base picture onto orange card stock. Attached 3D elements with foam pads and used a border stick around the edge. Added a touch of glitter, faux gems and a greeting.
