I have designed this card front as a 3 layer step by step.
Simply attach the main image to your card, this is sized for a 7x5in card, then add the next layer and finally the smaller layer, use 3D foam or silicone glue to add some height betweeen your layers, then embellish with a ribbon to finish.

I printed onto Bob's glossy photo paper,then cut out,I then added the base design to a blank card and added the decoupage with foam pads,I embellished this lovely design with pink pearls.
