I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded a 6 x 6 scalloped edged card. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape.
I added the greeting using thin foam tape.
I matted rose design backing paper onto a 7 x 7 cream scalloped edge card before mounting my topper. I decoupaged with sticky pads and added my sentiment to the bottom right. I finished off with a gold elasticated bow to the spine
