I printed on to matte photo paper. Mounted the topper on to a card and layered all elements. Added a polka dot bow and some butterflies with gems. A greeting can be added when required. A gorgeous design to suit a variety of occasions.
I printed onto glossy photo paper then cut out I added a pink backing paper to a blank card then added the base design and mounted the decoupage with thin foam pads,to finish I added a green spot bow to the top.Such a pretty design.
