Poppy & Words Step by Step

This is a simply stunning elegant valentine card. I have chosen to print onto glossy photo paper. Cut out and then have mounted onto a red card blank using DST. For the decoupage I have used 3d sticky tabs. To frame the poppy I have used Gold peel off lines. I didn't want to cover too much of the sentiments on the main card so I created a sentiment scroll using peel offs and placed it at the bottom of the poppy stem. Finally I couldn't resist using some stickles gold glitter glue around the edges of the poppy petals. I used a cocktail stick to carefully just catch the edges and a few small strokes in the centre. This really is a stunning and very unusual valentines card.
