I cut out all elements and layered with foam tape. I added some rhinestone brads,a blue bow and silver stickles to flower centers. Finally some silver peel offs to finish this card off...so pretty....

I printed the sheet onto satin photo paper. Cut out the main picture and attached it to a white card blank. The decoupage and sentiment were added using foam pads.
