I mounted onto a 6 x 6 card with punched holes down the spine and decoupaged with sticky pads. I threaded ribbon through the punched holes bringing the ends up through the top and threaded pearls to both ends letting them dangle down the side of the card.
This is a lovely design that is just a bit different
