I printed onto matte photo paper,then cut out all the elements.I chalked the edges of a square blank card in pink then tore some co-ordinating paper and matted added to the card I then added the base design and added the decoupage with foam pads,to finish I added white silk cord tied in a bow,really pleased with the results.
