This topper was matted on to silver mirri and added to a white card. The decoupage layers were added and I used glossy accents on the paper brad, glitter around the edge of the heart and a silver sparkly peel off to edge the bookmark.
I finished off with a pale blue satin ribbon and bow and a little pearl.
