For my Granny
I have designed this as a 8in scallop decoupage topper, and it will look fab on a 8x8inch card. I have included the extra pieces for you to build the topper into a 3D decoupage topper.
Simply cut the base image out and matt and layer on to a card then cut out the decoupage pieces and using silicone glue or 3D foam add the decoupage pieces building into a 3D card front.
