Printed a matching base card with two matching strips and the sheet on gloss card. I cut the strips with a border punch and added layers with small foam squares.
I finished by adding fine light gold glitter to the edges of the picture, flower centers, inner frame and the sentiment.

Printed image on glossy photo paper and cut out components. Cut mauve-pink metallic basic card. Cut pink top layer, embroidered and gold-leafed this, assembled image components on this layer and emphasized image with red and gold border stickers.
