I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded a 5 x 7 card. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape. I used silicone glue to attach the hearts to the card.
I attached the design to the card using double sided tape. I cut around the scalloped edge to complete the lovely card.
