Image was printed onto pearl paper and the main image was cut out in a rectangle. A corner punch was used to round off the corners. Layers were cut out and decoupaged using silicone glue. The topper was glued onto a small DL card.
A MS punch was used to create a decorative border and a ribbon and greeting was attached to complete the card.
