This is just lovely, very elegant.
I printed the design on good quality paper and cut around the scallops, I used a similar color for a backing sheet which I put on the right hand side, I assembled the elements with silicone glue and added some clear glitter to the centers of the little flowers and a gem to the bow...Love it! Love it!
