I printed the design onto quality photo paper, cut it out and decoupaged the pieces. I matted it onto blue metallic paper. Onto a blue square card I adhered a wide lace band to one side and then attached the image over it as shown.
I added a white ribbon rose and sentiment panel, then finished with faux pearls and some glitter highlights. This is a beautiful design that could be used for many different occasions.
