Printed this design onto photo paper and cut out all the elements, I placed the design base onto the front of a red C5 card, then made up the design using 2mm sticky pads

I printed the sheet on lightweight matt card and cut out the pieces. I attached the topper to a sheet of cream pearlescent paper, then on to an A5 card using DST. I added the decoupage with foam pads and finished with a trailing bow. Lovely design!
