After making up the decoupage I added this to a self-adhesive blue holographic sheet and cut with a fine border.
I then matted this onto green mirri card, again cutting with a fine border.
I mounted the whole onto a white card blank and added the printed sentiment which I had also matted onto matching blue holographic card.
To complete I used a blue satin ribbon border and three gems.
