The sheet was printed onto a supersmooth paper. I used an 8x8 white silk art card blank as my base. I mounted the topper onto a piece of pink card and attached them to a piece of black glitter card and silver mirri card.
I layered up the decoupage using Pinflair glue gel. I used gems, vintage ticket,filigree butterfly, ribbon and a hatpin and beads to decorate.
